Services We Offer
We can supply the design and install state of the art kitchen equipment adhering to all health and safety requirements and project safety requests.
• Designs and equipment spec can be provided on request.
Typically our designs will include a self-service area leading to a till system on exit. The design will have hot and cold stations, grab and go fridges, tea/coffee dock and sweet shop station.
• Our designs are focussed on ensuring speed and client turnover is a priority.
Our services are flexible and can remain open to accommodate our client as required.
We have the capability to open our food service operation as early as is required.
An example of the food services we can provide, but not limited to, include the following:
• Full breakfast to be offered each morning to include full hot Irish breakfast, breakfast rolls and healthy option breakfast (porridge/ fruit/ boiled eggs);
• Four hot food options per lunch per day, to include a meat, fish, vegetarian and value option.
• Our hot lunch menu prices are competitive and include potatoes and vegetables. Our menus will typically rotate on a two week cycle (please see adjacent page for menu examples).
Our services have the capability to have sandwiches available from our grab and go fridge at all times during the day and gluten free options will be available for all our sauces.
We have the ability to set up and service individual accounts with all on site contractors with a view to servicing internal meetings and buffets as required.
Our practice is to install an onsite Chef Manager and a Floor Manager to manage the day to day running of the facility. We back these managers up with as many catering assistants as required to keep waiting times to a minimal.
We are a flexible company and are willing to work with our clients to address any special needs that may need to be considered in an operation.
The company owners (Bryan/Ronan) are available to the client at all times.
